Mr. James (Bob) Moody (Renaissance Partners) founded the company Equisales Associates Inc in 1992. Equisales is a multinational company that provides turnkey high voltage equipment for large electrical power generators. In 2007 Equisales was acquired by a private Equity Investment Company called Tulcan.
Today besides being an external consultant of Tulcan, Mr. Moody has large investments in the real estate and financial sectors within the United States. Mr. Moody currently resides in Sugar Land, Texas.
Mr. Peter Briggs (Renaissance Partners) has 30 years of real estate experience within the United States and the Virgin Islands. With a specialty in luxury real estate, commercial development; second home markets, fractional, sales and Hotel Boutique concepts. Mr. Briggs has represented Sotheby's International and currently represents Christies Great Estates. He has also managed projects for renowned brands such as Timbers Resorts, Marriott Vacation Club and Ritz Carlton.
Mr. Briggs is currently the owner of John Foster Real Estate Company which offers its services in the Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix), British Virgin Islands and Leeward Islands. Currently resides between Dominican Republic, Florida and St. Thomas.
